To see pm reports for multiple technicians, select the tech assignment condition and enter the tech code i.e. 05KKI and select "OR" from the dropdown then select the tech assignment again and choose another tech code i.e. 05BCH. This will show you anything from technicians 05KKI OR 05BCH (if you use "AND" it will return nothing.).
What is the difference between AND or OR?
AND: TRUE if all the conditions separated by AND is TRUE
OR: TRUE if any of the conditions separated by OR is TRUE
NOTE: When we use AND to combine two or more than two conditions, items satisfying all the specified conditions will be there in the result.
But in case of OR operator, atleast one condition from the conditions specified must be satisfied by any item to be in the resultset.
